United Kingdom - Removed the End Date of CE Recognition

This change provides businesses with the flexibility to use either the CE marking or the UKCA marking.

The SI introduces a new measure allowing manufacturers to use the UKCA marking to place products in the GB market. Manufacturers must meet EU essential requirements, conduct EU conformity assessment procedures, and create technical documentation(include but no limit to CCS NPD assessment report, benchmark,product 3^rd party valid test reports and certifications) .
