CCC certification application mode

CCC certification (3C certification), there are four modes:

ordinary mode, OEM mode, ODM mode and the use of certified modes:

1.  General mode

Application for CCC certification of enterprise business license scope includes product research and development, production, while applying for enterprise with production capacity, then, this mode of application for enterprise CCC certification, can at the same time as the certificate holder, manufacturers and manufacturers.

2. OEM mode

Application for CCC certification of enterprise business license scope only product research and development or research and development and sales, no production, then this kind of research and development, do not have the production capacity of the enterprise need to look for manufacturers with production capacity, signed OEM agreement, by OEM manufacturers to complete the production of products and accept the annual CCC factory audit. In this mode, the R&D enterprise applying for certification will be the certificate holder and manufacturer of CCC certification, while the OEM manufacturer is the manufacturer.

3. ODM mode

Application enterprise in the application for certification, does not have R & D and production capacity, then with R & D and production capacity of the production enterprise signed ODM agreement, in this mode, the application enterprise as CCC certificate holder, ODM agreement of the production plant to become a new certificate manufacturer and manufacturer, responsible for product design and production and accept CCC annual production audit.

4. Use the proven model

A.  the above general mode of CCC certification, according to customer needs, CCC certificate derived to customers, signed ODM agreement, allow customers as the new CCC certificate holder, manufacturer, allow customers to use their own model and trademark in the new CCC certificate, manufacturer information unchanged. The derived certificate is consistent with the validity of the original certificate and is subject to CCC factory audit every year together with the original certificate.

B. the above OEM mode of CCC certificate, according to customer needs, CCC certificate derived to customers, sign the ODM agreement, allowing customers as the holder of the new certificate, the use of customers' trademarks and models, manufacturers and manufacturers of information unchanged.
