CCC certification application process
The application form contains information about the applicant, the manufacturer, the manufacturer and the product. Each type of goods should be applied for separately. Products of the same model and different manufacturers should also be applied for separately.
Stage 1: The application is accepted
Upon receipt of an application that meets the requirements, the CQC issues a notice of acceptance to the applicant, notifying the applicant to send or send the relevant documents and information. The application phase changes to 1. At the same time, the CQC sends the relevant charges and notices. The applicant submits the information to the CQC as requested. After payment, please fill in the payment voucher as required.
Phase 2: Data review
At the data review stage, the product certification engineer will divide the application into units. After unit division, if sample testing is required, the product certification Engineer shall send a sample delivery notice and the corresponding payment notice to the applicant, at the same time, notify the applicant to send a sample receipt notice to the corresponding testing institution.
Stage 3: Receiving the samples submitted
The sample is delivered directly by the applicant to the designated testing institution. After payment, please fill in the payment voucher as required. The testing institution will accept the samples received by telephone and fill in the sample acceptance report. For unqualified samples, it will issue the sample rectification notice and fill in the sample acceptance report after rectification. After sample acceptance, the testing institution shall fill in the sample testing progress table and report it to CQC. After receiving the sample test progress, CQC will issue a formal acceptance notice to the applicant and a test assignment to the testing institution after confirming that the applicant has paid off the relevant fees. The sample test will officially begin.
Phase 4: Sample testing
In the course of sample testing, the applicant shall rectify any non-conformance in accordance with the sample test rectification notice. After the sample test, the testing institution shall fill in the sample test result notice. The testing institution also transmits the test report and other data to CQC.
Stage 5: Factory audit
For applications requiring a factory review, the Inspection Office organizes a factory review.
Stage 6: Conformity assessment
The product certification engineer will collect and sort out the results of each stage and make a preliminary evaluation. The above results will be reviewed by qualified assessors.
