Content | The BSCI certification refers to the initiative of the business community to comply with the social responsibility audit conducted by the social responsibility organization on the global suppliers of the BSCI organization members. The BSCI factory inspection mainly includes: Compliance with the law, freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining, prohibition of discrimination, compensation, working hours, workplace safety, prohibition of child Labour, prohibition of forced Labour, environment and safety. BSCI currently has more than 1,000 members from 11 countries, mostly European retailers and buyers, who actively promote their suppliers around the world to accept BSCI certification to improve their human rights. | The technical term is SMETA audit, which is audited using ETI standards and applies to all industries. SEDEX has gained the favor of many large retailers and manufacturers, and many retailers, supermarkets, brands, suppliers and other organizations require the farms, factories and manufacturers they work with to participate in SEDEX member ethical conduct audits to ensure that their operations meet the relevant ethical standards. Audit results can be recognized and shared by all SEDEX members, so suppliers accepting SEDEX audits can save a lot of repeat audits from customers. At present, the United Kingdom and other relevant countries require their subordinate factories to pass SEDEX factory inspection, Sedex main members include TESCO, P&G, ARGOS, BBC, M&S(Marks and Spencer) and so on |
